With Dragonfly

From records to a licensing conversation.

  1. Describe the records.

Start with a snapshot, then complete ten questions about your data. Keep your files where they are.

  2. Let us check buyer fit.

Dragonfly prepares a clear brief, resolves questions and coordinates buyer introductions you approve.

  3. Choose what to license.

Agree the records, recipient, permitted uses, duration, exclusivity and payment terms before sharing files.

  4. Complete the license.

If you and a buyer agree, payment follows the license and its review, delivery and acceptance requirements.

Your data. Your decision.

Start with descriptions.

The review asks about your records. It does not connect accounts or upload company files.

Approve what moves.

Agree who receives the data, what is included and what preparation is required before transfer.

Protect personal information.

Resolve privacy, confidentiality and anonymization requirements before sharing any records.

Keep the terms clear.

A few questions.

Why work through Dragonfly?

One clear brief and a coordinated introduction. We help resolve buyer-fit questions and organize the next steps, so you can assess the opportunity and terms before committing.

What types of data can I describe?

Messages, documents, operating records, support histories, completed work and code history. Useful context and the rights to license the records matter; the review does not confirm eligibility.

Is the range an offer?

No. It is published market context, not a price for your records. An actual offer depends on buyer review, quality, scope and licensing rights. An offer or payment is not guaranteed.

When would I get paid?

Payment timing is agreed with the buyer in the license. It can depend on approval, preparation, delivery and acceptance. Completing the review does not start a payment deadline.

How is Dragonfly paid?

Dragonfly may receive a buyer-paid referral fee. We disclose that arrangement and agree any separate services, fees or revenue share before you commit. An inquiry creates no paid engagement.
