Data & security
Know what moves.
Keep control.
Start with a description. Files and system access come later, only under a separate agreed scope.
01 · Describe, don’t upload.
The review asks about your records. It does not connect business systems or upload files. Unsubmitted questionnaire answers stay in browser memory and clear when you refresh.
02 · Choose what to send.
An inquiry includes your contact details, note and either your selected data profile or buyer requirements. You can review the information before sending. Keep customer records, employee identifiers, passwords and company files in their source systems.
03 · Limit access.
The site uses HTTPS. Submitted inquiries are held in a private workspace; operator access requires an authorized account and an authenticator check. Inquiry content is not published as marketplace inventory.
04 · Agree before sharing.
An inquiry does not grant a data license. Agree the recipient, exact records, permitted uses, duration, exclusivity, preparation, transfer method and payment terms before any source data moves. Any anonymization or other privacy work must be defined for that engagement.
05 · Keep retention clear.
Inactive inquiries are deleted 90 days after the last substantive contact. Records needed for active engagements or legal requirements are kept for as long as that purpose requires. Dataset retention and deletion are set separately in the applicable agreement.
06 · Ask or remove.
You can ask for clarification or request deletion of an inquiry. Optional referral references are visible in your inquiry message and can be removed before submission. A referral link does not share your questionnaire answers with the person who sent it.
