Your inquiry

The assessment uses descriptions of records. Your answers stay in the current browser tab until you choose to submit an inquiry. You can download a profile without submitting it. Refreshing clears unsubmitted answers.

What you submit

An inquiry includes your company, business email, optional name and message, and either a records profile or buyer requirements. Keep company files, employee identifiers and customer records in their source systems.

How we use it

Authorized operators review the inquiry and follow up about scope, preparation or buyer requirements. Submitting does not grant a license or subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell inquiry contact details.

Access and retention

Submitted inquiries are held in a private workspace. We delete inactive inquiries 90 days after the last substantive contact. We retain records needed for active engagements or legal requirements for as long as that purpose requires. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner.

Operational information

We use limited technical information to protect submissions and diagnose failures. Assessment answers, messages and private notes are excluded from application logs and session replay.
